Sponsorship Levels

Major Sponsor (max of 2) $20k P/A

Comments by Tony Pack (TP) this is great folks! - but why limit to $20k or max of 2? - alternative is to make a Platium class = whatever they want above 20k - this major/minor sponsorship arrangement could raise max of $65k pa is that enough for the ongoing viability of MHV? Also what about some creative sponsorship levels… From a popular game, or rare earths or metals etc.

Comments by Paul Garrett (PG) - agree with Tony - “Platinum class” could = “MHV Partner”. Should also first offer top levels (Major and Minor) as multi-year (3yr) arrangements. Need a formal agreement/contract for these - probably with yearly “performance measures”. I also think we need a fair idea of what we will do with a sponsor's money (beyond rent) - it would be good to have a MHV Strategic Plan or , at least, a prioritised list of spending proposals, to accompany the pitch to the bigger potential sponsors.
